Refund and Returns Policy – Unnat Ayurveda
At Unnat Ayurveda, we strive to provide you with authentic Ayurvedic products and the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy will guide you through the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- The product is different from what you ordered.
- The product has not been used, opened, or tampered with.
- The request is raised within [7 days – usually 7 days] from the date of delivery.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as opened/used wellness or personal care items) may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Items purchased under clearance sale or special discounts (unless damaged/defective).
- Perishable goods with short shelf life.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Provide images or video of the product (if damaged/defective).
- Once approved, our team will arrange for reverse pickup (where available) or request you to ship the product back.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [7 business days – usually 7–10].
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
5. Exchange Policy
- If you prefer, you may request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible returns.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We will deliver an exchange/replacement product within 5-7 days
6. Cancellations
Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
